RSI-app — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how RSI-app, an internal integration built and operated by Radio Systems Integrators Inc ("RSI", "we", "us"), handles data.

1. What the App does. RSI-app connects RSI's internal purchase order records to RSI's own QuickBooks Online company file, for the purpose of automating RSI's accounting workflows. It does not interact with, collect data from, or provide services to the public or to any third party.

2. Data accessed. The App accesses accounting data (such as customers, items, and transactions) within RSI's own QuickBooks Online company, using credentials RSI controls. No data belonging to other businesses or individuals outside RSI's normal business operations is accessed.

3. Data storage. Any data the App reads or writes is stored within RSI's own Google Workspace and QuickBooks Online environments. The App does not transmit data to any third party outside of Google and Intuit's platforms, which host the systems RSI uses to run this integration.

4. No sale of data. RSI does not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.
