RSI-app — End-User License Agreement

RSI-app ("the App") is an internal software integration developed and used exclusively by Radio Systems Integrators Inc ("RSI", "we", "us") to automate the transfer of purchase order data between RSI's internal systems and QuickBooks Online.

1. Internal use only. The App is not distributed to, licensed to, or made available for use by any party outside of RSI. It is not offered through the QuickBooks App Store or any other public marketplace.

2. Authorized users. Only RSI employees and contractors authorized by RSI may access or operate the App.

3. No warranty. The App is provided as-is, for RSI's internal operational use, without warranty of any kind.

4. Changes. RSI may modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice, as it is an internal tool.
